The Mixmag Player goes live on DSI

The Mixmag player (powered by DJ Download) has now been uploaded to DSI, allowing all of you to now keep up to date with the best selling dance music. Check out our easy 4 step guide of how to use the player to spice up your DSI content, whether it be your profile page, or an article.

The on-site player features the top-selling tracks from DJ download ready for you to take a listen to. If you want to browse through more music, simply click ‘Search Tracks’ button. You’ll then be taken to the main website for Mixmag Download, where you can browse through our wide range of music genres.

You can also create your own playlists using the player, and then drop this on your DSI profile pages, thread comments, articles or any other content areas on the site to really bring things to life.

So if you’re interviewing artists for DSI, why not get their top 5 tracks put into a playlist and allow clubbers the chance to get a feel for their sound whilst they’re reading their latest news.

Create a playlist to post on DSI

1. Click the ‘mixmag playlist’ button above the comment windows. Alternatively, click the ‘Get Tracks’ button at the bottom of the on-site player. You’ll then be taken to the main download site.

2. Find the tracks you want to showcase, and click the listen button. A new player will now open, which the track will be added to.

3. Continue searching more tracks until your playlist is completed.

4. Now click the ‘Share playlist’ button.

A new window will open up, and point number 3 will give the HTML code you need to paste your playlist into the DSI content areas.

That’s it!! Easy!
