Deadmau5 to release fourth album in September.

Following his hugely successful Random Album Title, the house of mau5 has announced he will be releasing a new album entitled, ‘For Lack of a Better Name.’

Creating sets with an almighty sonic boom, fans can expect something a little different from Joel Zimmerman this September. The album will consist of "multi-blocks of songs," each one concentrating on a different style of music. So far, the only music to surface from the album so far is his collaboration with Pendulum's Rob Swire, "Ghosts'n'Stuff.”

What’s more, Mr Zimmerman will be reveling in a larger than life tour of North America, kicking off on September 23rd in Ottawa.

Ultra Records will release For Lack Of A Better Name on September 22nd, 2009.

Don’t forget to check Deadmau5 at the Mixmag terrace at Creamfields on Sunday 30th August.

Hmmmm I'm sure he found that challenging, considering all his songs to date sound the same

Personally, I'd say that 'ghosts n stuff' sounds a lot different to 'I remember', and 'then we stood still', and 'slip'. I think because so many people have copied his sound (i.e. the synth on I Remember), it seems like he's done more similar sounding stuff than he actually has.

I'm not referring to the likes of his commerical stuff like I Remember.

I'm talkin about some of his earlier productions like Faxing Berlin and Not Exactly for example.

Did you ever listen to his Mix Mag CD? Firstly, most of the tracks on the CD where his remixes, bit poor in my opinion. And secondly, from having it on in the background while tidying up it seems like the only difference between most of his tracks where that they're in different keys. The only tracks I could tell apart where Faxing Berlin and Arguru, so the CD was never listened to again.

Never got the hype of this producer.
