Bust out your dancing shoes this Saturday night as we take things back for one night only!

The Last Days of Disco is a party paying homage to the great musical mark in history from which many musical genres including house as we know it today, stemmed.

From The Loft with David Mancuso to Paradise Garage with Larry Levan, Disco was felt by many.

The disco phenomenon spread quickly because the "collective ecstasy" of disco was cathartic and regenerative and led to freedom of expression.
Disco blends Funk, Latin and Soul music, with celebratory messages about dancing, love, and sexuality, all underpinned with repetitive arrangements and a steady bass drum beat.

Disco was a reaction by New York City clubbers against both the domination of rock music and the demonization of Pop music by the counterculture in the mid to late 70’s.

An angry backlash led by the US government against disco music and culture emerged in the United States, hitting its peak with the July 1979 Disco Demolition Night. While the popularity of disco in the United States declined markedly as a result of the backlash, the genre continued to be popular elsewhere during the 1980s and today.

Disco will never die!
