Awesome
Well that was fun!

Highlights:

> Bombing down a 70 degree slope of fresh powder at about 70mph backwards on my arse
> Playing hide and seek at 9am in the hotel Restaurant
> Actually having to ask my new best friend whether he was so fucked he'd shit himself.. and then watching him actually check...
> Having a fight the bloke from Madness, and then making up the next day
> The Stanton Warriors - at times, no one in the room had their feet on the ground
> Meeting everyone at the DSI techno club - nice set steph and ant!
> All the brilliant fancy dress!
> Spending 4 hours in the best venue in the world (an igloo up a mountain playing bassline house all night long!) - utterly utterly mind blowing place.
> Ending up stranded in Munich without a flight, then finding a cheap Hostel and wicked german beer hall!
> Trevor the Aussie - Ripper miiate!
> All the lovely snowbmong staff! Great job you lot, it can't of been easy!

Ah, I guess it depends if you're bored of Beefa / prefer snowsports to sunbathing etc

What an amazing week this really was! It really does piss all over Ibiza (although I do still love Ibiza).

It's just so refreshing to have such a friendly, up for it crowd from all types of different backgrounds.

The music is spot on too. No matter what type of music you fancy you can find a venue to provide you with it each night whether it's listening to Madness in the middle of a forest or Calvin Harris at the massive Europahouse or Annie Mac in an igloo.

Simply tremendous!

He might of missed it, obviously wanted to mention it....

let me talk you through my 'wobbley' moment with Bez... Glasto 2000&whatever!? in the Lost and Vaugeness area it was well before the end of the fest... imean it was still on proper, but this black fellah, looked minted, big gold chain a bit yardy-style was losing it, and chucking people off chairs.. everyone didn't quite know how to deal with him 'cos he was so mad... then he pushed a woman off a chair and myself and other objected... he got really shirty with me so i told him to calm down or i'd bring 500 crusties over (fellow litter pickers we have each others backs and all know each other) and we would resolve the situation with the glasto security on our side (not them mean fiddler cunts thats another can of worms) so i knew reasonably unless he shot me or something highly unlikely he was out of his depth not the other way round...
He fucked off (no passes) into the performers bit and came back with Bez shouting his motuh off at me... my logic was "well now there is 2 V's 500" (bit tricky to square this with fellow litter pickers but stranger things have happened) so i said... "C-mon Bez, you and ya mate are just fucked leave these people alone" by this point just the general mellee was on my side and Bez was all (well you can imagine) so it all ended in lots of telling each others to fuck off!

A couple of people said well done to me as well.

Cocoon and TDK Timewarp is what this weekend was all about.

...for those who did the rally a stop over in Franfurt provided the oppurtunity to sample Cocoon and it looked like most did.

Personal highlights:

*Back to Basics in Shnussel and watching Dave Beer try to tell a story about a 10 yr old girl from Africa who's voice his crew had sampled and used in the record that was playing to a bemused crowd.

*Finding black pepper grinders that doubled up as a baseball bats.

*Lost memories in The Garage.

*The view from the top of the glacier north of the resort.

...best holiday EVER!!!

...if ever any clues where needed as to why there was so little trouble on the resort.

They sold them in a kitchenware shop a few yards past the ski lift with the white tape and other baseball paraphanalia on one end packaged with pepper rocks. Imagine passing that over at the diner table. Pure class.
