Hi guys,

Just to let you know that Fabe died at 2am this morning. He had been battling cancer for about 18 months.

For those of you that didn't know Fabe, he was the DSI site support manager and one of the best pro-spotters the site produced (I thought he was the best!).

He was a really nice, genuine guy and I really liked him and I'm gutted he's gone! He's left behind a lovely fiancée, Jenny.

This site has lost it's best photographer and biggest ambassador. Nobody had as much enthusiasm for this place as he did. He was always encouraging to anyone starting out (myself included) and always willing to give advice even to people he didn't know. That is his legacy, one which we are all blessed to remember.
