Jumper review - (spolier!!)
Jen
This was a massive disappointment, so much potential but never really went anywhere, no pun intended. The film dragged and the curiosity that you may find out how the superhuman power of jumping comes about or even why there are people who want to stop the jumpers is never quenched. It’s frustrating and there is a lot of a padding for a film that isn’t really that long. I looked at my watch a number of times, which isn’t really a good thing.
The actress from the OC as I like to call her was painful to watch, overacted every scene.
I can only conclude that Mr Jackson must have been offered a lot of money to sign up for this poor effort of a film.
They really could have made something fantastic but instead served us up with this half-baked attempt.
I have heard bad reviews from everyone I have spoken to who has seen this, however if your 12 apparently it deserves a standing ovation as this is what happened at the end by a cinema packed of kids with nothing better to do with their half terms. I think this says it all really.
I welcome comments from anyone who enjoys this film, may be I missed something…….

So Darren will love it then?

;)

Seriously though I have heard the same. One critic said that this film should be shown in every film school to show students how not to make a movie.

Are you kidding? Superbad was hilarous. I suppose it's a little easier for guys to relate considering it's about how how guys went through high-school. But the line "she perioded on me" Thats good stuff!

As for jumber....I haven't seen it yet cause I was on the fence about it....thanks for the heads up.
