CYBERKITTEN FAB 5TH BIRTHDAY BASH @ Fever in Northampton (UK)

CK's 5th Birthday back with a bang

Just-Seany	it was the late Bruce forsyth that once said on the infamous generation game 'didnt they do well' and... to Yojo, Col all the dj's dancers and CK supporters seems youve all done very well too. Last friday saw CK return to form, it was last november since my last CK fix and april 25th proved once again that Cyberkitten really know how to pull off a crowd pleasing party. checking in at 11pm the club was in full swing and picking up nicely as a queue formed outside, by 1am it was peaking. the new layout and design of the club was excellent with the main arena DJ box being moved to a more prominent position and the outside funky terrace getting a new set of chill out booths or party areas (which ever was your preference), sound system, bar staff and lighting all working well and the DJ's didnt do too badly either. first set of the night for me was Andy Rise and Matt pickup, 2 DJ's who have come along way since i first heard them play at CK who played a set so good i hope they continue to grace the cyberkitten line-ups. a full on crowd pleasing hard dancestompaton. next up up was the headliners Ed-Real followed by Super fast oz, Ed for me played the best set of the night, clearly loving what he was doing and the crowd clearly loving it too. an awesome showcase of classics which keep everyone jumping and warmed up nicely for the follwing DJ's, hopefully we'll see more of Ed at future Ck events. between the hard dance DJ's there was time to check out the funky terrace, with resident DJ's haydn haydn, simon vegas and j-normus doing what they do, and completmenting the main arena and at many times even stealing the crowd away with excellent electro/ funky sets which certainly got people talking. the funk deluxe terrace can definatly hold its own during a CK night, and is always a please to visit and spend time in. finishing up the night inside for me was super fast oz, spinning a dirty hard dance set which was perfectly timed and welcomed after ed's classic warm up. CK's now Bi-monthly, which means theres plenty of time to re-charge and get excited about the next one. and showing that theve still got what it takes to pull off a great party, there's no reason why Cyberkitten shouldnt be one of the highlights of the month, it always used to be for me, and with a banging return to form last week, theres no reason why it cant be again. nice one guys, cant wait for the next one. Was wicked I was a little lost bunny to begin with but wasnt long before I was mucking about and havin a laugh was wicked!!!! what date is next one YoJo???
