We are looking for 1 person to share in a 4 bedroom Detached house in Wootton, Northampton

The house currently lives 2 male occupants. We both work from Home running a magazine and other music related businesses,
So you must be able to deal with meetings and work on goings throughout the day and parties on some but not all weekends!

Any interested person must be in full time employment or prove they have funds to cover rent!

You will be allocated one room with a double bed and storage. You will have Sky tv and rent will be inclusive of bills, which include the following:

Rent
Council Tax
Water
Gas
Electric
TV licence
Sky TV, with all Movie and Sports channels!
Home Insurance
Broadband
BT Phone line (Which we don’t use- so If you do, you’ll be liable for all calls)

All for £400 per month. Payment will be upfront every month with 1 months deposit, no messers or time wasters
