Well, technically, it's never been legal to supply laughing gas for inhilation unless you have a license (i.e. you're a dentists or in the medical profession). But some f**king dicktard thought it would be funny to wire up a hose to a laughing gas canister and get the trip of his life with nothing better than above mentioned rigged canister and a plastic shopping bag.

I dont think I need to explain, but that experiment ended badly and suddenly there was this big crackdown on anywhere this "lethal substance" was being sold :-/

Best I can describe it is a light headed floaty feeling, better appreciation for the music (i.e. it makes you want to dance, but this is probably a bad idea at the time, dance sitting down!) and reverberated hearing... like an echo, almost.
