when you click on the link theres 3 letters and a box (this is above where it says find your date...) type the 3 letters into the box then click on download. i know its a bit distracting with the dating thing but trust me it dose work. lol. any ways after that another page will come up. you have to wait 45 seconds until you can start to download.
