MISSING ~ Aaron went missing from Liquid, Norwich on 15th June

It is with deep regret and sadness that we have to bring you the sad news that Aaron has been found dead in Norwich.

We can not go into any details at this time as the police are to issue a formal statement soon.

Aaron`s father Tony has asked that we put this message out to you all and thank you all for your messages of love and support over the past four days.

Tony asks that we say a big thank you to all the DSI peeps who have worked tirelessly in Norwich putting out posters and pounding the streets of norwich trying to trace Aaron.

Rest in peace Aaron.

Our deepest sympathy to all of Aaron`s family,friends and girlfriend.


Aaron Townsend, from Peterborough, had been visiting the city with friends, when he was last seen leaving a night club at about 0515 BST on Sunday.

He was described by police as about 6ft (183cm), with dark hair, of slim build and with blue eyes.

**Aaron was wearing a Brown t-shirt, blue jeans, dark-brown/black trainers.
He also has a burn type scarring down his right arm that he's had since he was about four**

Police said his family are concerned for his welfare and urged anyone who saw him after he left Liquid club in Prince of Wales Road, to contact them.

"hi guys ...I'm asking for a little help..my son Aaron has gone missing ..we attended the Pam's do and went on to the after party at liquid at 5.15 am my son went for a fag but never returned..he is 20 but i am worried about him, we are not local to Norwich and this was our first visit. We had a great time so it seems strange that he wasn't around when we went to leave .plz if any1 can help plz plz contact me .I am trying to get a pic of him in the gallery"





Aaron's parents have contacted the police and local news - but he has still not been found.

If you have seen Aaron, or know anything which may be of any significance please contact police on 0845 456 4567

A Norfolk Police Spokesperson said: "Aaron has not been seen or heard from since the early hours of Sunday morning which is uncharacteristic of him. His family are very concerned for is welfare and we are appealing for anyone who may have seen him to contact us."

Anyone who may have seen Aaron – or with any information – should contact Norfolk Constabulary on 0845 456 4567.

Having someone go missing must be an awful feeling and I hope Aaron is found asap!!

Ive just had a thought, is there any video footage from inside the venue? Is it possible Aaron could have been spiked? There are sum drugs used to spike people which can affect your memory for a few days, so he may not remember his name.

Can someone please let us know what he was wearing on the night, it might jog peoples memory x

Buds added, I really hope you have good luck in finding Aaron. The police will ask Liquid for all CCTV surveillance but there's also a lot of cameras up and down Prince of Wales Road. Try all avenues. Keep us updated.
