I hate that, I would much rather drive and have/take nothing than risk you own life and others driving wrecked/pissed. I quite like driving now, saves a fortune. I drove there and back to Brander (Manchester), HDA (Sheffield) and Off the Rails (Sheffield and had a belter, dont think I would drive any further than Manc ofr Sheffield on the same night though.

Excatly hun! Like u said it saves a fortune! Most nights i do drive - least i can remember the night and enjoy sets! If theres a few people, take it in turns to drive to different events so every1 has a chance! :D

I drive a van so unfortunately its just me and Sarah along for the ride! I know what you mean though, our mate Eddie always drives but is quite happy doing so.

God i drive everywhere all the time, be it a gig or studio booking, i dont mind in the slightest no matter how far away it is. I'd rather be in a club sane & ready to play than wrecked & not be able to perform properly. Gone are the days where i get hammered anyway, im 32 now & sort of "been there, done it" so to speak.
