Sorry we haven't got back to you any sooner..

Firstly, RE: the VIP goodies promised which was a Pams House promise.. And we always endeavour to deliver our Promises - We are putting together packs & sending out to those who purchased the VIP tickets….

So we need the details of those who purchased the tickets :-

- Full Name (not dsi name)
- Address
- The last 4 digits of the card the tickets were purchased on

OK….. VIP’s

For the record I hate the word VIP and this system will never be used at a Pams House event again!!! Everyone is VIP at Pams and everyone is treated equally…

And, before we get too carried away…. VIP’s paid an extra £2 for this event…. Because the Main Event and After Party Ticket were both included in the price!!!!

Sunday Night….

As you may have noticed the Atlantis Arena Complex boasted a brand new bar which opened over the weekend called Bar Chic – A very Nice new bar and balcony… This Bar is Free to get in and is to be run separately to Arena…

This is where the problems occurred…..
How do you keep the two crowds separate????? Simple! Build another entrance and a separate Smoking Balcony – The work was started on Sunday!!!!!!

Due to the change of entry & temporary smoking area at the venue, thrown at us that evening, we simply didn't have enough time, space or personnel to
A. have a seperate Q for VIP or Ticket Holders
B. give out extra goodies which would have also slowed the single Q entry down
or C. offer more information about the changes…

Also, due to the change of entrance at the top of the stairs we lost access to the Viewing Tower!!!

Ironically, half way through the event. It was decided to open the whole complex (including Bar Chic) to all of our customers as the temporary smoking balcony was over run and the access to it was too tight for the amount of people passing through.
Such a Pity because the new Bar Chic would have been perfect for a PHunky Room – as you will agree!!

As for Goodies….. We did have signed Danny Burch CD’s ready but were badly let down with a unique item of Pams merchandise. We also decided to wait for Mark EG to arrive for signing pics and give out at a later in the evening.... unfortunately Mark arrived 20 minutes late & then had to shoot off to Birmingham for another gig straight after his hour set.... so it was either DJ'ing or signing unfortunately !!??!! and we know which one you’d have preferred!!!

The signed Danny Burch CD's will be in the packs and a few Pams extra's – You will NOT be disappointed ;o)


So, Sorry for the mishap….most of the issues were out of our control as a promotion BUT Please appreciate, the venue is trying to move forward and there are always teething problems with new initiatives….. Believe it or not…..They did have our interests at heart. In this case, everything was a last minute rush and there was very little time to think things through logistically!

But all in all – A Fantastic Night – Thanks for all the comments and great feedback!!!!!

i got my vip ticket from caesars so wat happens with my goodies as i did not use a credit to get my tickets anyone help???

There were no tickets on sale at Caesars whatsoever and VIP Tickets were only sold on Dsi????

arrrrrr bisto!! now we know why peeps was asking for the free gifts, that we didnt have ??

oh well next time, we will have them perhaps on the stand, people get a token in exchange for gift bag from the merchandise stand.....

We were also asked and have been asked for the Busby Production New CD/DVD disks, which we also didnt have delivered.

All this will proberly be arrange for the next event at UEA NORWICH
