Silver Entertainment left nothing out when they planned this event. A vast array of laser lighting mixed with a thumping sound system with some of Australias best DJ's and MC's all performing in an iconic city venue. Jugglers, dancers and 'the big costume character' added to the excitement of the event. I'm no good at judging crowd figures, but probably 2000 ravers experienced one of the best events that we've had in Sydney so-far this year.

Nik Fish, Team Rocket, Pulsar, Matrix, Keely, X-Dream, Tom-E, Suae and Weaver all had great sets. MC - D and MC – Riddle (i love that sinister laugh you do!) had a great night too. Other DJ's and MC's included... Pee Wee Ferris, Paul Holden, The Alliance, Aladdin, Archie, Dave PSI, Destiny, Antix, Haze, Shadower, Refresh (Nexus Project), Captain Kirk, Luke Spellbound, Sims, Bangerz, Duckie, Dover, Nycon, Mickey D, Inverse, Tyko (from Brisbane), Midian, Arbor, Dave Little (from Brisbane), Mixxy, Panik and Skitzo.

A special thanks to Silver Entertainment for putting on a truly marvellous night, and I just can't wait to see what the next Fantasia will bring (in 2010 or 2011).

...and a note...

Police and the Riot Squad closed down an illegal rave in Camperdown on 30.08.08 (same night of Fantasia). 1,500 ravers were escorted out of the dis-used warehouse onto busy Parramatta Road - which was shut down to traffic for a period of time - while the police moved the crowd on. Many arrests were made for violence and drug related matters. Police will watch video footage to identify those people who threw bottles at them, and also want to speak to (arrest) the organisers of the event. (facts extracted from NINE news, Sydney).

Too true guys! It was a fantastic atmosphere which really helped the night buzz away! Met the regular ravers keeping the scene alive so big respect to them! Always gd to see some friendly faces on the dance floor! Gr8 call with the Astro boy! And gr8 job as usual by the Mc's really got the crowd hyped up! Roll on the next!
(also if any of u guys see ppl taking pictures tell them about this site cos i can never remember the others and i saw a few ppl with there cams)
