Here's something relatively simple and almost interesting to do. Let's try and site jack facebook's Lexicon.

Lexicon is there silly cool system that tracks keywords. <insert CIA conspiracy theory here>. However, my idea is that if we all mention "DontStayIn.com" on our friends walls, we might just make the list.

The lowest item on the list is with around 1,000 posters, so if we use a bit of DSI power, perhaps we could get DSI onto the list.

If it's that shit and idea, feel free to ignore. Or berate me in the thread, whatever works for you.

i know at least 5 people in the last week who have either been fully banned, or in some cases, banned from making wall posts for too much posting!

Ah, i've been banned from sending messages heaps, the ban lasts a week max. Most times i send an angry email as they seem to have a limit on how many times you can read messages. They always reply saying i should trade email addresses and correspond through that, it being a more conventional means and all. wankers.

I think it's a good thing. It's meant to be a personal network site, and I get way too many promotional messages on there. I'm thinking of clearing all promoters out of my friend list.

Me too, but i don't like being penalised for reading messages. If i was sending the promo messages it'd be fine, but being banned for receiving and reading em is wank.

Funnily enough, i recently deleted a load of promoters i had on there. Now i've only got the ones i actually have conversations outside of "am i on the list?" with.
