TW15 – Important Information

Emergency contact numbers: Available at the weekend, in information packs, lanyards and rooms

TW15 is a ticketless event so no more hassle with tickets and bits of paper!

At the main gate you will be asked for a copy of your booking reference, the one you received via e-mail at initial booking, and your photo ID. (Valid passport, driving licence or citizen card is acceptable)

THIS IS ALL YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK IN

Once you have got through the main gate you will be given an “ARRIVED ON SITE” voucher. You will then go through security and can then head down to your correct check-in desks once security has cleared you. Please be aware that there is police present at this event and they will be conducting searches on arrival and throughout the event

Check-in desks

Silver and Gold accommodation – head down to main reception

VIP accommodation – make your way round to Club Class check in

At the check-in desks each person will have to sign in, and you will receive your weekender wristbands, lanyards, room keys, electricity cards (and brunch vouchers if ordered for Saturday and Sunday. Opening times 10:00 – 12:00 in the Queen Vic). All of this will be in your own individual welcome pack. Located in your room will be an electricity box, just put the card in and your sorted.

Guest that have booked Silver and Gold are reminded that bathroom towels are not provided

Your accommodation keys will be available from 12:00 on the day of arrival

Please make sure that all members of your party have a copy of the booking reference as they will need this to check in (if they are checking in at different times)

2 keys will be issued per apartment. These are issued to the 1st 2 people that check-in; if you wish for more keys it is a 5GBP cost per key and you can sort this out at reception

We can change names at the main gate for a £40 charge. To save time at the check-in, please remember our call centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for any changes you need to make before the event, phone number is 08700 110034 and the call centre will be closed from Wednesday 1st October.

The serious stuff

WE OPERATE A ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY

Anyone found to be in possession of any suspected illegal or controlled substance risk arrest and prosecution. Further more you will be banned from attending any future tidy events

Fireworks or flammable liquids will be confiscated upon discovery. Any use of fireworks or flammable liquids will result in immediate removal from the site, this includes flammable Poi.

Nitrous Oxide is a controlled substance and will be confiscated upon discovery

Searches whilst on site are a condition of stay and we reserve the right to enter any apartment without explanation.

Guests are advised not to bring privately owned electrical appliances to the event.

However, if you do so, you use the equipment at your own risk.

Please be aware that some of our entertainment shows use strobe lighting.

The availability of some outdoor facilities and entertainment may be affected by adverse weather conditions.

Any music played must be done so with all doors and windows closed to minimise disruption to the site neighbours, not everyone may appreciate hard house!! Out of respect for the neighbours a sound curfew is on site and guests are expected to keep to it, please see below

Failure to do so may result in your equipment being confiscated. This will be worked on a 3 strikes and you’re out policy.

No Video cameras, professional photo cameras and/or recording devices are permitted into the venue at night without prior written consent

Permitted times to operate sound systems are as follows;

Friday 12 noon – 8pm

Saturday 12 noon – 8pm

Sunday 12 noon – 7pm


It is your responsibility to report any damages in your chalet on arrival to reception. Otherwise you will be charged post event. When checking into your chalet the principle booker will be asked to sign an indemnity form taking responsibility for the upkeep of your room over the length of the Weekender. They will also leave there credit card details for the value of £100. This payment will be held until checkout, so treat your apartment like you would your Gran’s flat, and have a little respect for it.

Check-out

This year all guests have a late checkout until 3pm. Please stay in your apartment until a member of our team has checked your room for damages. Once cleared you will be issued with a “CHECK OUT” voucher. This needs to be handed into reception before you leave the site. We will then release the £100 we are holding. You will also need to hand in both sets of room keys. Any keys not handed in will be charged to the credit card number we are holding. Cost per lost key is £5. If you wish to leave the site earlier please contact the duty manager from 8am onwards on your day of departure, Phone number can be found on your lanyards and at the top of this information sheet.

Bluetooth

During the whole weekend make sure you have your Bluetooth switched on as you will be able to receive the latest in tidy downloads, information and pictures direct to your mobile phone

Tidy TV

Tidy TV, with music, videos and interviews will be available in your rooms on Channel 6; you can also upload your own pictures via Bluetooth in the main reception

Arenas

Arena one and two will be open form 21:30 each evening, with a happy hour and special offers on drinks. Arena three will be open later and has now relocated to the area between arena one and two (where the amusement arcade used to be). All line-ups and daytime activities can be found in your lanyard and autograph book

VIP Pool party

For all our VIP customers we have a pool party planned from 15:00 until 16:30 on the Saturday afternoon, so make sure you bring your swimwear with you!! No nudity allowed…..

Entrance

The main entrance to arenas one, two and three can be found at reception, this is also the only exit from the building. There will be a separation between silver and gold and the VIP’s as the VIP’s have there own entrance at this main door. Please note you will be searched each time you enter the building
Smoking

There is no smoking in any of the arenas, smoking areas can be found either outside the main reception or via arena three

Emergency Procedure

If at any point there is an emergency, an alarm will sound within the arenas, please walk calmly and safely to the nearest emergency exit door. Security will be on hand to direct you and assist if you have any problems. Once outside, stand away from the building and await further instructions from the security team.

Official Photography

Throughout the weekend we have our official Tidy photographers on site; if you have your photo taken you can purchase these from the photo stall at the main reception. Either as a photo or on a keying, the photographer will also be present during the signing sessions

Signing Sessions

On the Saturday and Sunday night, in arena one will be some of your Tidy favourites available to meet and sign your autograph books. They will be available from 18:00 until 19:30

Merchandise Shop

For all your Tidy needs, there is a merchandise shop located on your right hand side in reception. It will be open from:

Friday 12:00 until 21:00

Saturday 12:00 until 21:00

Sunday 12:00 until 21:00

Monday 09:00 until 14:00

Tidy Bootcamp

For all information on Tidy Bootcamp II, please visit our enrolment room located in reception, to book your place is only 25GBP per person for TW15 members. Opening times are:

Saturday 13:00 until 17:00

20:00 until 21:00

Sunday 13:00 until 17:00

20:00 until 21:00

and yet 5 minutes later I get an email saying that to enter to win 'Glaztonbury' you have to have a set off top class CDJ's, mixer and speaker set up....
