As u probly no, MC storm has sevear chronic laryngitis, and now hes bin told that he carnt get treatment on da NHS! WTF??! cause they say he promotes drugs and hardcore music using his voice. Its fuckin lame and not right!!!! the goverment and that say MC’s shuld have to pay to get drugs and stuff to help them get betta, cause tax payers shuldnt pay cause then theyd be paying for him to promote drugs!!!!!!!! wtf?!?! read the article below!!!

“MC Storm has been told he cannot receive NHS treatment for his severe chronic laryngitis as he uses his voice to promote drug fuelled events. Mr Peter Brownlow a spokesperson for Storm has accused Gordon Brown of "incompetence" in managing the health service.

The hardcore hero wants fair treatment for all MC’s suffering from such a painful condition

More than 120 DJ’s and producers have sent £5 cheques to Downing Street, made out to the Prime Minister, in the hope of shaming him into helping the popular MC. The 26-year-old was recently diagnosed with severe chronic laryngitis, the leading cause of voiceloss in Britain, which affects an estimated 500,000 people.

But he has been told that the NHS will only fund the injections which could save his voice v if he gives up Mcing at events which promote the use of drugs.

Now MC Storm faces having to sell some of his equipment to raise £4,000 to fund the two-month course of private treatment.

Storm is loved by thousands around the UK and his talent is second to none! He has been voted the number one Hardcore MC fot the last 5 years! It’s hard to believe that someone with such talent could be refused treatment.

When asked, he said was appalled by his predicament.

"They told me there were three choices: let nature take its course and possible loose your voice for good, try to seek funding, or pay for immediate treatment. Time is of the essence.

"This is happening to literally hundreds of MC’s. It's appalling and something has got to be done about it."

He added: "Otherwise I'm in good health, enjoying life and can’t wait to get back on stage”

Martin Rankin, a producer and friend of MC Storm, posted an open letter to Mr Brown, on a doctors-only website, saying the case "typifies the incompetence of your Labour government in managing the NHS".

It reads on: "You have never met Storm but I can tell you he is a wonderful man. He gives pleasure to thousands of young adults every weekend, you are in charge of the NHS, we believe that our patients would prefer you to spend a few thousand pounds on Storm in his hour of need than bailing out an incompetent bank.

"The dj’s and producers who have added their names to this list will all post on a cheque for £5 payable to Mr Gordon Brown.

"Of course we don't expect you to get Storm his treatment on the NHS - we already know you are not up to the job of running the NHS, we simply would simply ask you to cash our cheques and then forward on the lump sum to MC Storm, and that money can fund his long running filthy drug habbit"

Speaking yesterday, Dr Rankin said "Politicians have devolved all responsibility to the local healthcare trusts and washed their hands of making the awkward decisions."

Guidance from NHS watchdog, the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence is expected in six weeks time. A spokeswoman said: "Until then, hospital trusts should make their own treatment decisions."
