As with all the other weekenders, only the principal booker can get the keys.

Please make sure that all members of your party have a copy of the booking reference as they will need this to check in (if they are checking in at different times)

2 keys will be issued per apartment. These are issued to the 1st 2 people that check-in; if you wish for more keys it is a 5GBP cost per key and you can sort this out at reception

This year all guests have a late checkout until 3pm. Please stay in your apartment until a member of our team has checked your room for damages. Once cleared you will be issued with a “CHECK OUT” voucher. This needs to be handed into reception before you leave the site. We will then release the £100 we are holding.

ahh I wasn't principal booker so I didn't know that, I knew about the check out charge though. I stand corrected. TBH I'm excited about going but I am sick of all the changes that Chic had made, it's almost starting to feel like a prison camp rather than a fun thing.

of course that is only once the ANPR van has checked your vehicle half a mile before you get to pontins, you have a retiner scan and finger prints taken at the 1st gate, ref no checked at the second, ID and credit check done at the 3rd, police sniffer dog search of your car, full body search of you, and then de-fleaing chamber, gas showers etc etc ;)
ahh all the fun of a tidy weekender! (NOT)

Chic!

I don't understand how all this Chic stuff has come about, have I just had my head in the sand or something?

How does everyone know this? Where have you all heard it from? Is there actually an official press release from Tidy management about Tidy being taken over by "Chic"?
