GODSKITCHEN - Saturday 22nd November

The legend returns!! After nearly 2 years away from Godskitchen, Paul van Dyk is ready to set Air Nightclub alight once more. Paul van Dyk's attention to detail and love for his work had lead to him reaching iconic status with the Godskitchen crowd and fans all around the world. With sold-out tours that cross each continent, headline spots at every major festival worldwide and his world renowned Vonyc Sessions Radio show it is easy to see why he is popular. There isn't much you can say about him that hasn't already been said before but rest assured, whenever Paul van Dyk is in the building it will be a night you will remember for the rest of your life. This marks a very special occasion as Godskitchen also see the return of a man being hailed as 'the future of trance music', John O'Callaghan. Earlier in the year John was privileged to be asked to do an Essential Mix for Radio 1 which was widely acclaimed as one of the best EM's of the year and his productions have had support from all of the major players.

The Nitrogen room plays host to residents Micky Slim and Neil Navarra, with these two in the same building at the same time literally anything can happen so hold onto your hats. Joining them on the night will be Steve L and Russell G who will be laying down a cool House soundtrack.

Friday 19th December - White Xmas Party

World's Number 1 DJ and Godskitchen fan favourite, Armin van Buuren returns to Air for the annual christmas celebration. The festive spirit will be in full flow and we will be pulling out all of the stops, decking the club out with only the finest of decor and production to help the party go off with a bang. Armin burst onto the UK scene in the early millenium following his widely acclaimed 'Blue Fear' and 'Communication' releases which revitalised the Trance scene worldwide. Soon after, he was soon playing all over the world but it was Godskitchen that became his second home, with almost monthly bookings at Air (Code as it was then) he built a unique relationship with the Godskitchen faithful which remains to this day. On this very special night we also see a fellow Dutch native making only his 2nd appearance in Birmingham, Menno de Jong. Menno has literally took the world by storm over the last few years, through his much reverred Intuition podcast he has found a global audience to air his work. At the age of just 17 Menno held his first residency in Eindhoven, now at the age of 24 he has the world at his feet and is preparing the be the next Dutch trance export. December also once again sees the return of warm-up specialist, Blake Jarrell who brings his unique fusion of Progressive Trance and House to the fore. After being discovered by Armin himself a few years back he now holds residencies all over the world including at Armada's weekly party at Amnesia in Ibiza.

The Nitrogen room sees the Godskitchen residents serving up a tasty helping of House music with Micky Slim and Paul Thomas headlining, both of these are big favourites with the Godskitchen house regulars so expect big things. Neil Navarra and Duncan Murray round up what is a sublime line up if you like your music a little slower

NYE is classics, not modern day trance. So why are you people expecting a lineup with the newer DJs? NYE looks like a MINT lineup!

... as does XMAS.
... as does the one before that.
... as does the Halloween.
