Alright people


Last Tuesday 30th Sept about 8:45am, I was hit by a lorry on Ranleigh Road in Ipswich, It turns out that the police havent done alot and its looking like the lorry driver wasnt licenced to drive on UK soil and of course looking like he wasnt insured!

Probs cluthing at straws here but wondering if anyone that uses this site may have witnessed it. I have one witness who helped me get my motorbike off the road but just seeing if anyone else heard about it from there friends who may have been a witness or seen it themselves.

By the looks of it, im gonna get hit with lose of earnings as well as a good few hundred pounds of damage to my brand new motorbike as he was foreign and uninsured.


So if you did see it or know someone that did, please pm me if you have info on the lorry

YOU CAN CLAIM AGAINST AN UNISURED DRIVER EVEN IF THEY DIDNT STOP.

I'm contracting with the organisation that deals with it.

goto www.mib.org.uk and make a claim.

It can take a while but you will be re-embursed just as you would if the driver had been insured and gave you details etc.

Eveytime, makes your sick, if it was uk we would get hit hard but those idiots get away with murder. Good old european union! Forever screwing us

sorry to hear this man, but glad your ok, my mate back up home had this happen to him, he wasn't so fortunate, my mate lost his life and his wife, also a really good friend, was rescued from the only bit of the car that was not crumpled and lived although she has spinal injuiries. Turn's out the Dutch Lorry Driver was ok to drive here, but had breached his driving hours and was in excess of the legal drink drive limit I believe, so have my support on this, BUDS IN
