Help! How do you make a CD Label in CS3

Hi there

As the title says, I'm trying to find a straightforward way of making a CD label in either photoshop or illustrator... I currently use the software that came with my canon printer, which is fine, except it doesnt save as JPEG and so I cant upload the image anywhere.

Any help much appreciated.

What does the canon software save it as?

PS can handle most types of photo files, so you should be able to open it there and save it as jpg, png, bmp, tiff or whatever you like..
