Recon aka Ultrabeat will be appearing for the first time in Bedford for High Voltage 4th Birthday.

MC’s will be ‘Woody’, ‘Lyrical Groover’, ‘El B’, ‘Tucksi’, ‘Lixxy’ and ‘Caution’.
