Here's some info for you and answers to questions we've recieved. If you have any questions we've not answered please don’t hesitate to post them here and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Can I only purchase my ticket from DSI?
Yes, DSI is the only place you can get tickets to the event.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are given if an event cancellation was to take place but not if you decide it's crap weather to be camping and don't turn up for example, we've had people in the past try that one with us. Once you've bought you're ticket it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless in the unfortunate circumstances that the event is to be cancelled.

Does the ticket price include entrance to Alton towers?
No, this time we've reduced decided to let you organise you're own Alton Towers entry this time as it allows you to save yourself some money and take advantage of the numerous 2-4-1 offers going around.

Is there transport being organised to the event or do we have to make our own way there?
There is no transport organised officially but as the event gets closer, people with spare spaces in their cars will most likely be willing to help you out. Your best bet would be to make a part on the event page stating your needs and where you’re from.

Will this event sell out?
We's certainly like to think so!

What time should we arrive at the campsite?
We recommend that you turn up no later than 3-4pm on the Friday. You will need time to put your tent up and relax before the parties start. Also we’ll be meeting and greeting you all as you come in, if you come in dribs and drabs between 1-6pm then that means we have to stand about waiting for you all for 5 hours, which isn’t ideal incase it’s raining and we’ll need time to sort out other things too... We’re sure you get the point. If you can't make it on time or even on the day, please let us know before hand.

When will we be told the campsite address?
We will inform people of the campsite address closer to the event date, this is to try and avoid people gatecrashing the parties.

How far away is the campsite from Alton Towers?
The campsite is approximately 5 miles (10 minute drive) away from Alton towers. Further details will be given out nearer the time.

What are the age restrictions for the event and do we need to bring ID?
The event is for over 18’s only. We highly recommend that you take ID with you to anywhere that you wish to purchase cigarettes or alcohol, it's just plain common sense.

Will there be smoking allowed in the bar?
Silly question, everyone should know the law by now!

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, you can bring alcohol onto the campsite but NOT into the bar!

Is there food on site?
There is a pub/resturant and also a small cafe/shop.

Is there a shop on site?
There is a small cafe/shop where you can purcahse essentials.

Are there places to wash dry and straighten my hair?
Yes, there are good clean shower rooms on site with power points and there is also a room where you can plug in your hair straigteners, hair dryers, irons etc. There are also power points down on the field although you will need a convertor.

What is a “second day pass” pass, how much is it and where can I purchase one?
A “second day pass” pass enables you to visit the park for a 2nd day. The passes cost just £8. You purchase them from the Alton Towers ticket booths when you leave. You will need to keep your ticket as you will need to show it in order to purchase your “second day pass” pass.

Where will the parties be held and will they be indoors?
The venue is on the campsite and indoors. It’s literally a 60 second walk from party to tent... Staggering distance... Perfect!

Are the parties private or open to the public?
No, the parties are stricly private to ticket holders!

When does the music start / finish?
The parties normally begin around 8-9pm and will go on as late as possible. Once confirmed we'll update you all.

You say there's a fancy dress theme of "around the world in 80 daze", is it essential?
Of course not, but it's all for a good laugh so please try to join in. Be creative, use your imagination... Just no racism! It’s all for a bit of fun.

Can I DJ at the event?
We're afraid to say that all slots are filled, so no.

The venue could hold about 200 people i reckon.. but we like to give you room to breath,...

I cant stand going to an event and being cramped into every little nook and cranny...

So why would i want my event to be like that??

i felt really comfortable in the venue :-) loved the people who worked there too they were sound as!!

the whole site is jus relaxed as fuk, its a wicked weekend. no hassle a great laugh n wicked tunes!!!
