You're (almost certainly) viewing a cached version on your computer (it could also be being cached by a proxy server).

That bannerclick url points to the /tickets page which I think is an old URL? Either that or the tickets page fails badly when there are no tickets available.

Looks like a banner linking error rather than a site problem.
