the moon looks really wrong!

I like the idea of the moon but not that big, or in that place

did I see one with the moon to the left and smaller?

Hmmm moon looks to big mate

That was my intention, I wanted the moon to dominate the pic I wasn't going for a real life effect..

although the more I look at it, the shadow you have on the moon looks like it's looking down on the road...

ewwww, you need to learn a few more bits about photoshop.. your moon doesn't match the sky at all all, can see all sorts of horrible black artefacts.

(PS. if you can't see them then your screen's contrast is too high or brightness is too low)

Also, as this is the photo critique group not the photoshop group, I took a look at the image up close

you've taken a very noisy photo there... it's not very sharp either. What kit are you using, how did you take it? (i.e. settings)

lol cheers for the honesty...

I can see now that iv tweaked the settings...

Canon Powershot SX1 IS(bridge camera, so some settings are quite limited:( unfortunately)
Because on Manual setting the longest shutter setting available is 1sec, so iv had to use one of the provided scenes on SCN mode, and there is a long shutter setting where the only available setting to adjust is the actual shutter speed which ranges from 15sec-1sec...
So the iso an f-stops amounst other things can not b adjusted:( oh an I tripod!

An yes I know the solution is "Get a D-SLR"
lol

The white light of the oncoming vehicles is a little too bright

yes, but this isn't nightclub photography. This sort of photo is really suited to more capable cameras... you can get away with spotting on a bridge quite comfortably. Most tilllate togs use bridge cameras.
