Fabian Bustillos RIP
Hi guys,

Just to let you know that Fabe died at 2am this morning. He had been battling cancer for about 18 months.

For those of you that didn't know Fabe, he was the DSI site support manager and one of the best pro-spotters the site produced (I thought he was the best!).

He was a really nice, genuine guy and I really liked him and I'm gutted he's gone! He's left behind a lovely fiancée, Jenny.

If you'd like to take a look at some of his photo galleries for memories, take a look at his profile below;

Work profile: dontstayin.com
Personal/photography profile: dontstayin.com

RIP mate!

Shit that's such terrible news. He was a great guy. Will be missed.

Think everyone who has ever been spotted by Fabe should make one of his pictures their profile pic as a tribute. Mine is

RIP Fabe

I only met Fabe two or three times but he was one of those guys that as soon as you spoke to him you felt like you'd known him for ages, it's a tragedy for anyone to die that young my thoughts go out to his family and fiancee. Sad news :(

Holy shit.
I only spoke to him recently (several times)

Fabe was one of the kindest and supportive administrative members of the site, a fantastic photographer who really enjoyed going out spotting and helped create the "classic DSI pro-spotter photo" look.

My deepest condolences to his fiancee and family, he will truly be missed.

profile pic suitably changed.

I'm in utter shock. Genuinely thought he was on the road to beating it.

He was one of the nicest, warmest people I've ever met and it's a debating loss for anyone who knew him. Poor Jenny

Such sad news! He was the best boss I ever had! Even if I was the worst BOB ever. He will be dearly missed. He was so happy to help whenever he could, and this place will never be quite the same again.

My thoughts are with Jenny and his nearest and dearest. Please can you let me know details of what the family are doing about flowers/donations etc.

RIP mate xxx

Oh my God :( Rest in peace lovely..

I never met him, and only spoke to him on here, and on the phone at the Christmas DSI party. He sent me a tattoo book whilst I was living in Norwich, as we were discussing ink and the like, and he had made a make shift envelope box thing to send the book in, which he'd drawn on to say "I made this box :)" I still have it and treasure it so much..

Sleep well huni x

Fabe got me my job at DSI when I really needed something. Was one of the first people I ever met from DSI. Don't really know what to say. Very very sad news.

Not been on for months but seemed fitting to come on today.

RIP big man! Thanks for all the help and support when my son was diagnosed with cancer last year!

DSI has lost a gem and heaven has gained an angel today!!
