Hai guys just to let you know that our Friday 1st August Bionic event will be our last Bionic @ QBar in Cardiff, which is a great shame, the club is undergoing a big re-fit which means that once it is done it would not really be suitable for us to do events at and the our style of night wouldnt be suitable for the club either so as mutual agreement we have decided it was best to move on from there

Good news is that we have confirmed monthly dates at Bionic's new home, ESCAPADES IN NEWPORT.

Those of you that know the club know what to expect and know that this 2000 capacity club has the big feel that so many of you have been missing and that we as an event have been missing.
Those of you that havent been there make sure you check it out on Friday September 5th i believe we should be doing our 1st event there so many info on that shortly.

Those of you who are missing Evolution make sure you get yourselves to Bionic @ Escapades, club is proper! Get ya buds in guys

The Slam event will still go ahead on Friday August 15th with Shy FX & Fresh & Bionic & Dirty Knees in room 2.

In the meantime lets see you all out for Slam @ QBar tonight (25th July), Bionic @ QBar (1st August) and Slam @ QBar (15th August)

Im happy with that. havent been to escapades but sounds wicked from what every1s said on here. Sounds like its much more suited to hold a bionic than Qbar

Fucking right. Since it's left evo, we've lost the second room feel, which for me was a vital part of a good bionic. This also meant the main rooms were rammed to the bone.

Escapades has two massive rooms, plush as fuck with a seperate cloak room. It's deffo the closest things to evo in Wales!!

I panicked when i saw that as i thought Oh no not more months without Bionic like last year please no. and thank fuck there's no gap between august and september :)

Escapades is the new place to be then from september, Top move Bionic as Escapades since it changed from being Zanzibar is a Propa Big Venue With 2 Big Rooms, Im happy with that :)

Personally Bionic is Bionic for me where ever it's held, Roll on August 1st For the final Chapter @ Q-Bar and then roll on 5th september for the next chapter in the Awesome Mighty Force That Is Bionic :)

Bionic @ Vision will always be my fave...

potentially it was massive we had a couple good events there but unfortunately like so many clubs it was badly run by the time we got there :( we had so many probs and were having to bring decks etc for each room had all sorts of probs with their big soundsystem, big doesnt always mean proper. the bday with halliwell was mint when we changed the both around to other side of dancefloor it was ramo

I personally prefered Emporium and Evo, Vision 3rd

Escapades i am well excited about, monthly so no gaps and big club feel, its big and ark gonna be proper i tells ya

me and shivy were fascinated by the chill out room.. i just liked the club in general from a clubbers point of view... and the jungle room was like well it was like a jungle, the only bionic i went 2 there though was the 3rd birthday i cant remember who was playing... but u did give me a free shot coz i was dressed as a raver haha

Yeah, so do I but there again it's 20 minutes or so walk and a hours Stagger (If I'm Happ) from where I live LOL! Oh well, what time does that place close?

that was 1 monster night, i remember eddie pumping some hard house (shame he plays trance now, he be hard dance no 1 dj every year) )out, the booth was by the bar.

After tonight, I've got a feeling deep inside that 1st August won't be the last.

No-one has told me this, I can swear, just wait and see?

After the referbishment, I reckon The Q-Bar will be Totally Different, and it'll hold More People I'd say?

What makes Bionic what it is, is the crowd, the dj's,the mc, the hard profesional work that goes into it in front and behind the scenes plus the atmosphere @ Bionic is Awesome :)


It was Zanzibar, and it's way better there now with 2 Big Rooms :)
