Big shout out to Pheonix who was pure quality in the new blood room 1-2am. Stopped in there for a quick listen before my set and ened up staying in there and dancing for most of his.

Super tight mixing, long rolling basslines, ace mix of fast bouncy and ulifting hard dance - and definitely looked like he was having a fun time.

Promoters - take notice of this chap, a future star in the making!

AND BIG THANKS to everyone who crammed into the new blood room for my set and had a darn good boogy, the atmosphere was amazing and i loved every minute of it!!!

Alway enjoyed Phonix's set, but Saturday was pretty special.
Loved every minute i got to hear from it.
Best new bounce Dj I've heard this year, and i've heard loads of brilliant mixes.

Unfortunatley missed tis set as didnt get back to brum til 4:30.
sound like he had it off though,fair play darren.
We've made a few tracks with darren in the studio now too, Little bird,which andy whitbys caneing i hear and signing to AWsum bounce and Lucky punk,which is signed to Ricochet and available now !!!
Myself and Darren also remixed up Daswons ,Take me higher tune which is a belter too but as yet not available to anyone lol

Best new bounce Dj I've heard this year

I will second that, I had Darren down to play at our last B.O.U.N.C.E night in Norwich and he ripped it up with his 3 - 4 am set, had the dancefloor rammed from start to finish!

Well done mate, and keep up the good work!

see ya soon for a beer when the B.O.U.N.C.E brothers come over to your neck of the woods on the 31st of this month!
