Fair enough we will loose a few peeps but will certainly gain a lot more.

There's loads of people who love D&B but they won't go to a D&B night cos they can't hear the tunes when mc's (not all of them as there are obviously some talented ones out there) spit all over them and over vocals and break downs etc.

Messy MC is a prime example of how to make it WORK. He knows how to get the crowd going and when to shut up. Not many mc's like to shut up for more than a few seconds therefore people get tired of their voice!!

I enjoyed listening to him on EZ-Rollers' set, he really knows how work with the DJs to compliment the music...

( BIGGEST ) ;-) Be a nice change to hear some dnb wiwthout an MC can sometimes be a bit much........I the nicest kindest possible way that any one could mean coolio to no mc on a DnB set

Generally i would opt for an MC environment but i do agree wiv ya, he did make tha work, I didnt wish him to become a mute once i actually enjoyed his chattin.

Not many mc's like to shut up for more than a few seconds therefore people get tired of their voice!!

That is exactly it, its not a personal thing, but when an MC carries on and on and on and on as some do ( not all ) it then becomes about the MC and not the music.
