After watching the replays it is handball but its not offside, the ball didn't touch anyone from the cross and when the ball was played no-one was offside. When you play the ball backwards it isn't offside. Simples.

It was the same in the pub, it was full of gooners, I was watching the Liverpool game on the small screen and didn't even realise you'd equalised. Odd.
