It's alright though cos when Glazer and Abramovich get bored with their new toys and

Roman has been at chelsea, what 5 or 6 years now, he isnt going to get bored and i read somewhere once that if he did leave he would give them a massive lump sum as a goodbye pressie

I think your hoping more than anything..

Your in one of the shittest ever CL groups playing utter crap, see how you do when you come across decent teams

Was a bit of banter more than anything, I can't see it happening either.

Arsenal will play brilliant football for the whole tournament, talk about winning it, then get savagely out muscled in the QF or SF when they come up against an Inter Milan or a Chelsea. For all their skills, they can't compete physically when shit hits the fan, Wenger needs a midfield enforcer and Song just isnt the man for the job.

I wouldn't worry about coming up against Inter to be honest. Chelsea on the other hand.........

Song's been great this season, has really upped his game and is looking like the player we have lacked since Flamini left. Time will tell if that form holds up for the rest of the season though

on the other topic of Liverpool, we continue to be badly shit, no doubt we will improve when we get our first team back together

You mean Torres and Gerrard presumably... Without both of whom your teams shiiit ahhhhhhhh ;0)

The point of taking Torres off with 5 mins to go still eludes me !

I dont think Villa would go to shite like city anyway. He will end up at utd
Villa has already come and said that he doesn't want to leave Spain, just cos you want a player doesn't mean he wants to come and play for you. I think the only place he would go is Barca or Real. So keep dreaming.

In my experience Spurs fans are a bitter bunch at best. I'm good mates with a few that aren't but the majority are. You appear to be the most bitter and jealous football fan I have ever come across and it cracks me up. Seriously, I bet it kills you every fucking day, knowing what an avearge football side you decided to give your life too. Ha fucking ha.

And Spurs have won 1 which is the worst available to them. 1 Carling Cup is hardly something to shout about is it? Especially considering it was the first thing you'd won since the winning the league cup in 1999.

thats not the question here..

he keeps going on and on about how good arsenal are, i dont say that about spurs..

and if they are that good how come they never win anything, especially when chelsea and united do..

No you're not, you'd have to be half decent to make it in to the CL, which is why Spurs have never/will never play in that competition.

Im sure it was last week Villa stated he wanted to leave and would like to play in England

Ok, didn't see that, but I did see something maybe two weeks ago that said he had no desire to leave Spain. But then again, you know how the media like to spin things.

There's only a few trophies to be won. When you consider how many teams are involved in the various competitions. Especially in recent years when United have won doubles that means there's even less silverware to go round.

Arsenal have been involved the champions league for god knows how many years in a row now. We're all well aware as too how thin the squad is so you have to prioritise and out of the Prem, Champions League, FA Cup and League Cup the League Cup always ends up at the bottom of the pile, based around prize money and prestige. Unfortunately for Arsenal and luckily for Spurs all the other 'top 4' teams have the same priority list.

Finishing in the top 4 of the Premier League consistently and regularly getting past the group stages of the Champions League shows to me that Arsenal are a good team.

However fans aren't happy with just being a good team. They will want to see their side winning things again which is why Wenger is under more and more pressure as the seasons go by. Doesn't mean their shit. I still regard them as a much better side than Spurs, regardless of the little tick in the League Cup winners box that Spurs have.
