THIS WEEK AT SHINDIG



F*CK ME IT'S SCOTT BRADFORD!



Longtime Shindig stalwart Scott Bradford is stepping up for a

monumental 5 hour set this Saturday



Why?



Well firstly coz James Zabielas agent has monumentally

cocked up by taking the Shindig booking ? then going on holiday ? then

taking a booking in Russia for a trillion roubles on the same date!



(This only became apparent late last week when we pressed for travel
details)



And secondly , because Mr Bradford will rip the roof off giving the

faithful five hours of faves from the Shindig vaults



We did toy with the idea of a last minute replacement but:



a) Zabiela is Zabiela ? so replacements do not grow on trees

b) Bradford is Bradford ? and it?s been a long time since we have

let him tear a new arsehole out of the Digital dancefloor



Entry is a measly £8 - £7 for members and those on the guestlist

"Excession woud like to clarify the misunderstanding leading to their being no guest for Shindig this weekend. Shindig were led to believe that James Zabiela was booked for this date where as Excession thought he was not and James was subsequently booked into another venue. We apologise for any inconveniences caused and look forward to James playing one of the best UK clubs on December 13th. "

another december showing for Zab's then!! Sure sharon will be delighted now shes not missing him to go to sodding Tea in the park!!

Who is going on sat then? im undecided now theres no zab but scott is the man and if hes playing like he was at the easter bash at WHQ then it be be fuckin jumping, lots of deep driving underground prog please scott :)

ive only ever seen scott play warm up sets to be honest apart from the easter sorriee so it should be special this 5hour set, his warmups are always quality bulding a mint atmos so the thought of 5 hours is giving me tingles now :)

Ive noticed digital havent updated their site to show zab has been cancelled, hmmmm i bet a few people turn up at dig dissappointed expecting zab but all will be forgotton after they see scotts set im sure ;)

Aye but the people that wont know probably think that zabiela is scott!!

I am actually more looking forward to this than i was for zabs, bring it on dark :-)

i wonder how ppl would judge their experience if they couldn't actually find out who was responsible for the set they were hearing

not difficult @ shindig in my experience as the djs are usually pretty invisible from the floor

but i do wonder what ppl would say if they were left to their own devices..

Can't wait for this - haven't heard a main set by Scott yet, aside from listening to that essential mix from the Dig from 2006 (which I wasn't there for)

WOW..what an amazing set, the whole place was bouncing from start to finish...proper progressive house at its best :) I thought the atmosphere was great too full of smiley happy people.

We demand more ressies nights as that set was first class:)

P.S. Loving the Bathing Ape t-shirt Scott...probs cos i've got the same one;)

Awesome night!!!!!!

Scott played some awesome tracks....Dark Flower made me wet myself, i had to go outside and cool down before i passed out :-)

Like party said everyone seemed to be in a mint mood and the atmosphere was booming throughout and its not very often you see an encore request like the one last night!!!

For those that were gutted that Zabiela wasn't on, you'll get to see him in December...me, i say big hairy baals to him cos Scott done a perfect job.
