Cabbage dying?

Is Cabbage dying?

Attendence has been through the floor for the last half of this season. From next season it's becoming bimonthly, and there are conflicting reports of what form it'll be in. Some thought it'd be every other month, someone else thought Cabbage would be taking over the back room at Riff Raff every other month. Apparently there was news posted on psy-forum, but it's been unavailable for most of the weekend due to upgrades. The Cabbage website indicates there'll be 5 Cabbages next season. I've heard in the past that the Cabbage crew were tired of running it, and that it barely breaks even.

Are people getting bored of psytrance? Or is the lure of free parties just too great? If Cabbage goes, does anyone think anything will spring up to replace it?

I used to come down from edinburgh for every cabbage and the odd riff raff, it was well worth it every time.

yeah.. the wic experience is definitely worth makin the effort for.. + i'd have bin to more cabbages this yr if it had bin manageable.. done a few riff raffs tho :)
