Anybody know of some cool portait tutorials ?
Preferrably videos.

The majority of the stuff I'm finding is fairly standard with regards to portrait retouching.
- eyes, skin smoothing etc etc Nothing v funky.

I'd like some more experiemental stuff e.g. cross process or duotone, or specifically to get to something like the Rankin style of shot.
I guess majority of it is just desaturating and cranking up some levels/curves but it would be good to know other approaches.

Probably using a ring-flash has more to do with it than Medium format.
But there must be some post-processing there and that's what I was after.
