** Final Details for the Funky-Toast @ Turnmills Road Trip this Saturday 9th Feb ***

funky-toast	howdy peeps just wanna take this chance to thanks ya all for ya support with this event, it really means a lot to have my close friends comin down to the Big Smoke and supporting me at such an event!!!ia truely know who my mates are!!! cant fault ya!!! ya really are legends in my eyes, this is certainly gonna be a nite to remember, i promise ya that!!! several peeps have been askin about the details so i thought i best let ya all know wot the score is and our plan of attack for the.... "BIG SMOKE ROAD TRIP" i have just had my set time confirmed by the Promoter/Club and i and over the moon to tell ya that i have secured a prime time set and all of the back of sendin in my "Jackin Up The Toast" demo CD along with others, its great to be booked for a genre i really dont get to play enuff off out locally and Jackin House is a genre i hold closely to my heart!!! its were the origins of house come from in my eyes, just think Marshall Jeffereson, Farley JackMaster Funk and so on!!! i am buzzing and cant wait!!! ANEXO: FUNKY / JACKING HOUSE 11.00 – 01.00: Charlie Cantanka 01.00 – 02.30: Craig Rock 02.30 – 04.00: Funky Toast 04.00 – END: Miles Weaver + Ross Mason with the set time bein a prime time slot i really wanna smash it up and show the Turnmills Faithful wot i am capable off, been on the Downloads the last few days so gonna have plenty of Fresh Jackin sounds along with some more classics Jackin grooves i have collected over the past few years!!! this also means that we will not be leaving London till approx 4.30/5 ish so should be back in Lowestoft at approx 7 on sunday morning i have done the ole route planner for the trip and it says it will take approx 3 hours to get to Turnmills in London and from previous trips down there i recon its a 2 and a half hour trip, so i recon we will need to leave Lowestoft or Kessingland (probably ALL meet up at Kessingland and go from there) at around 7.30 ish, possibly even all meet up in the Queens Head for a quick Drink around 7 then leave at 7.30..... Geoff aka Gebba-Jabba - ????? i will confirm who is in wot car in the next day or so peeps, so dont worry there is enuff room for us all, if the last trip is anything to go by the road trip will be a bloody good laugh and have plenty of banter between the cars!!! ref ticket cost it is £12 entry and wot we will then do is split the Petrol Cost between each car so if its £40 to fill up and 4 peeps in each car it will only cost approx £10, depending on fuel consumption there and back!!! its the farest way to work it out!!! also anyone else who would like to come along please feel free to show ya interest and i will make sure we can get ya there and back...
