Slow things down a bit, theres a temptation to go fast when learning but resist the temptation. And practice practice practice!

Yeh cheers guys.... I never have to time to practice and dont have anyone to practice with not in the right area...

Was having some trouple on me feet in the mud lol... And i find it alot easier to go slow with sock poi but sumone got them extremly muddy...

Well it seems it me that there alot more going on and alot more people who do Popi down South...
Dont think many ppl like there home town anyway lol.....
My friends are far to lazy lol...
