We have just taken an amazing 2-storey penthouse on Islington Green, and are looking for a third person to join us in starting a fun new flatshare!

The flat is an entertainer's dream! It has the most monstrous roof terrace with amazing city views, and overlooking the green! It also has a bright conservatory to enjoy the views from (for when it gets a bit colder), and a funky top-floor reception room. The rest of the flat is full of character with exposed brick work, feature walls, and lots of other unique touches.

Location-wise, it is the best in Angel. Right on Islington Green, above Browns. So you are at the junction of Upper Street and Essex Road, with the plethora of bars, restaurants and shops all around you.

We are looking to make the most of such a unique flat, in such an amazing location, and have lots of fun along the way. That is, use the roof terrace for some house parties and barbeques, check out the cool bars in the area, be social, meet new people... generally have some fun!

It is a 3 bedroom flat, and you would be sharing with Chris and Nathan. We didn't know each other previously, but teamed up to secure a cool place, with the idea of starting a fun new flatshare. We are both city professionals in our 20's, and we're looking for a like-minded guy or girl to join us from scratch and help kick off this new flatshare, and create a good atmosphere and fun home!

The flat comes furnished, and the bedroom on offer is a good-sized double.
