Prepare for a full on Fancy Dress furore as Fusion, arguably the South Coast’s biggest provider of UK Hardcore events return to their new home, the prestigious Opera House in Bournemouth on Saturday 23rd August for a Bank Holiday Weekend spectacular featuring some of UK Hardcore’s biggest stars inclusive of headliners Darren Styles, Marc Smith, Joey Riot, Kurt, Darwin, Sy, Dougal, Gammer, Re-Con, Ultrabeat, Supreme and many more.

The event, which takes place from 20:00pm – 05:00am, follows on from the mind-blowing production, unrivalled atmosphere, jaw dropping lightshow and all round smashathon that was the brand’s Official True Hardcore 2 Album Launch Party back in June at the Bournemouth venue. For this event, the producers behind the brand (which has now been providing parties to the masses for the best part of two decades), have more of the same planned but this time with a twist – the event will have an Egyptian theme, encouraging ravers to grab a costume and join in on the mayhem – although the dress code is not limited to Egyptian only; for this event ravers are invited to dress in anything they like to get fully in the swing of this momentous event!

As would be expected from the Fusion team, this event will feature a hand picked line-up of the UK Hardcore scene’s biggest hitters, this time featuring no less than three live PA’s on the Main Stage; All Around The World and Clubland album series stars N-Force performing their hits ‘Right By Your Side’ and ‘All My Life’, a live showcase from Lethal Theory headliners and Chief Producers Joey Riot and DJ Kurt with breakthrough talent for 2008 – MC Enemy – as you have never seen them before performing a totally live showcase and for the first time ever Notorious Vinyl’s very own Marc Smith in a versus showdown with roadblock talent Darwin also performing a live showcase.

They are joined on the Main Arena stage by multi-award winning DJ & Producer Darren Styles, fresh off the back of his debut album on All Around The World peaking at Number 4 in the National Album Charts and recently released Hardcore Till I Die album producer Re-Con will be back to back with prolific DJ & Producer Gammer, currently working hard on both the Essential Platinum and Muffin labels and fresh from his part in the recent compilation album chart hit True Hardcore 2. Speaking of which, fellow True Hardcore 2 album producer and co-owner of THC Records - Sunset Regime and album contributor UFO will also be teaming up on a back to back; whilst Fusion co-promoter, co-creator and THC Records label co-owner Supreme takes to the Main Stage at peak time for a full run down of the biggest upfront Hardcore beats!

Additionally to this – Fusion are proud to welcome for the first time, album stars and chart smashing Producers Ultrabeat to the line-up, famed internationally for their best selling anthem ‘Pretty Green Eyes’ as well as a welcome return to the line-up for one of Fusion’s original residents – the DJ Ramos who has of late been enjoying the re-launch of the infamous RSR Recordings. Ramos will be going back to back with the most recent Fusion resident Flyin’ who is also enjoying current success with the recent release of the single ‘Hold On Me’ on THC with Sparky & Charm.

Another first for a Fusion event is the Ladies Hour which pits the ‘Queen Of Hardcore’ Fusion resident and fast rising producer Clodhopper against the talents of the international Hardcore scene’s ‘First Lady’, Scar in a live back to back that is reflective of their recent collaboration on Scar’s Raw Elements label, which has been witness to several in demand releases throughout the international Hardcore forum. Joining them to compliment a fully stocked line-up will be DJ sets from Joey Riot, DJ Kurt, Marc Smith, Darwin and a double act fast becoming a household name in Hardcore – 2008 breakthrough DJ’s and Producers (and one part Fusion Co-Owner and Promoter) the Chunky Boys. Finish this off nicely with a foundation destroying Power Hour to end the night on a massive high – who else but Quosh Records head honcho Sy neck and neck with Essential Platinum legend Dougal and that completes this edition of the South Coast’s most eagerly awaited Hardcore showdown main room line-up!

Not content at just Main Arena mayhem though, Fusion is pleased to present Room 2, to mix up the flavours and provide a very special back to back two hour set. Breakthrough artists, the young and fresh Stylus & Audio Junkie will be going back to back with Fusion’s original resident, TNC Records contributor and Hardcore luminary DJ Druid for a whole two hours featuring a full on education in Hardcore. Accompanying them in that education, one of our scene’s original educators of bass DJ Twista will be stepping up to the booth with special guests Outburst Vs Ralph Mignano and following this a who’s who of the future of UK Hardcore as it stands today – presenting Last Of The Mohicans, Paul EP & Smithy (THE COR), Spitzy back to back with Reflex, Ricky Redhead back to back with D-Lyte, Exalt & M-Tech and a brand new opportunity to see another critically acclaimed back to back performance from Pikey & Bishop!

MC’s for this event will be frontlined by the Kings of UK Hardcore’s thriving MC community and co-incidentally the recent hosts of the CD compilation album True Hardcore 2Storm & Whizzkid, who will be 100% exclusive to this event, appearing at no other venue this night! They will be accompanied across the two arenas by the best of today’s highly skilled Masters of Ceremonies, mixed up nicely with a hot pick of tomorrow’s future talent; presenting the who’s who of UK Hardcore’s biggest MC’s Marley, Knight, Rude, Scotti B, Static, Casper, Enemy, Macca, Obie, Keyes, Spenno and Skatty.

Tickets for this event are available in advance via the Ticket Hotline on 0870 850 5823 or direct from the Fusion ticket website located fusion-tickets.co.uk. Advance tickets are £17.50; these will cost more on the door on the night and are also available from all good ticket outlets and agents. Coaches to and from this event are also available on the South Coast via South Coast Club Tours on 07973 551 171, from the West via Eventz Travel on 07779 232 854 and from Wales & Bristol via Sketchy on 07900 055 090.

Fusion return to the almighty Opera House this August Bank Holiday Weekend for another massive UK Hardcore session with the biggest DJ’s, very best live artists, unrivalled production, amazing sound system and an atmosphere that has to be seen and felt to be believed. Be sure to show up in your best fancy dress!

Hello Jinx C presently - Fusion will reside at The Opera House until further notice - you only need to look at the video to see why! We've not ruled out the possibility of ever making an appearence at Club Ice ever again tho or any other of the awesome venues we've touched down in either!

The Opera House is THE best venue for Fusion!! You only need to get your arse there to see why!!! The lasers, sound system and atmosphere are all amazing! The view from the stage is immense - a sea of ravers in front of you and up the balconies around the side... I have only ever been on for a couple of songs at most, but the buzz you get is crazy, which in turn helps you give a better performance! I can only assume that the DJs and MCs would agree with me!

Seeya there peeps!!!
