News from the middle east!

Greetings Househedz,

Hope u all doing good, just got back from Dubai and I have to say, what a place!. Definitely one of my top 10 places in the world! Anyways, back to all things CHICAGO...house of course!

This weeks show features :

Daniel Hellwege,

26 year old dj & producer from Norway.

Born September 6th 1981. His passion for underground music goes way back to his early youth.
Daniel learned to play a guitar pretty early which made him close to music pretty fast.
Family and friends mention often that Daniel should start sing in a choire because he got such a nice musical voice, but he always laughs it away.

At the age of 13 he started collecting live sets from djs around the world.
Live sets recorded and always hard to get hold of, was indeed exactly what Daniel collected.
Pete Tong´s Radio 1 Essential Mixes and especially John Digweed´s show with all the guest mixes from Kiss100 and also a true liveset collector from DJM2K.
From Trance to House and every imaginable genre of music,
Daniel have had it, and heard it almost all. Daniel knows music at its best, and he is always very picky about the music. He grew quickly away from certain music styles and decided early that house was his style and music path...

Yo ant how u my man!

hahaha....pretty good...place is hot as hell though! I had a moment where I ordered some food as i was hungry, sat down drooling and then soon as i was ready to take a bite i felt a tap on the shoulder...security, and i couldnt eat in public due to there fasting no anywhere else...and i was at least 30 minutes away from the hotel room...and couldn't find any cabs!

Came to a point where i took a walk outside saw some desert area and did a 15 minute trek across a piece of desert, no oasis....and ended up eating it on the way to the other side!

I think the camels are pretty much driven out of their habitat as they now seem to be very elegantly attired however the frothing at the mouth still persists, some have chosen to become commercialized tourist rides while others still doing the desert thing!

Same can be said bout the natives...they were all smilin walking in the malls...well i figure...if u in the middle east and all u have is desert land....shopping mall would bring a smile fo sho! :)

Pabs, how u keeping?

yeah saw that couldn't really tell much from sea level however when the plane flew over it was awesome, they seem to have another coming up and couple other designs....they also have a new formula one track which i saw which looked good...

Most of the place is still in construction and when its done i guess its going to be a paradise...not that it isn't already however, they could have turned the sun down a little...its blazin!
