OMG High Voltage Smashes it once again

What a storming night maria's birthday high voltage was.
the atmosphere, the dj's especially fast freddy and insane and mind - phat sets that had me panting and eventually crippled with cramp 10 minutes before the end of the night but still bouncing about on my seat in the corner like someone connected to a 3 phase power supply, i even got used to the hardcore / d'n'b mashup after the inital shock caused me to loose my chi and sit down a bit in shock ;) . the ravers - friendly, up for it mentalists all on a mission to stomp your legs to bloody stumps, make loads of noise and have fun. the angel bar and door staff - top people all of them, friendly and unintrusive - until the end when i noticed a few of them havin' it with the rest of us ;). and especially paul, maria and the rest of the hv crew who put in the work, time and effort to make this one of the very best raves in the uk - as backed up by ravin eye now.
can't wait for next months hardcore hammering - it's the start of mashed-up's birthday celebrations too so it'll be another unmissable masterpiece orchestrated by ravers for ravers. support your local rave - to be honest if it's high voltage it's not exactly a chore - more of a necessity.

Yet again another tip top party. Well done guys you never disappoint.

The set of the night has to be INSANE AND MIND....................WOW! you guys rocked HV, Loved every minute of it.

tip top night!! Always look forward so much to going to High Voltage.
Always such a wicked vibe and crowd there,.
Any hardcore ravers that havn't checked HV out yet,, Really must! just shows ya you don't need the biggest busy raves to have a wicked time...
looking forward to the next one!

I cant believe what an awesome night it was. Not a great lover of Hard House but Barry did very well and played my favorite tune last. The Birthday Girl also did very well leading onto Fast Freddy's early Hardcore Set. The best set of the night HAD to be Insane and Mind. WOW!!! These guys go from strength to strength every time I see them. They drop totally storming tunes and the energy they have behind the decks is great to see. Even loved Mind's Mini MC moment. Speaking of MC's MC Bernzy kept the crowd hyped all night as usual with his quirky antics.

HV goes from strength to strength as the best small club night for a variety of reasons, the Promoters, the DJ's, the staff at the Angel and most importantly the most amazing up for it crowd that all come together to create the best atmosphere.

I love every minute & I cant wait for the next one...esp as its a VIP's Birthday - Mr Mashed-Up Steve.

Hope you had a great Birthday Maria - We certainly all enjoyed it!!!

Gutted I missed this one, but I couldnt afford it and needed some time out as I'm having a few problems at the moment with life in general......but I will sort my head out in time for the Sept HV....and then it'll be HOH5 on the 29th Sept, so I still have some things to look forward to....

Missed all you guys at this one, but I was there in spirit!

Hope to see you all very soon!!!

Gutted!! me and little miss Dub misssed another treat by the sounds of it, no suprise there tho, HV is proper mentalism each and every time!!

we were out in Germany seeing some friends, but we're moving back to Bedfordshire at the end of Aug so we will be HV regulars again soon, its been too long :-)

Many Thanks to everyone who came to my Birthday Bash, I had a lovely and smashing hard stomping birthday.
Thank you to all the DJ's, Spotters, Staff and Bouncers@The Angel, Close friends, and MOST of ALL YOU the RAVERS. Thanks to all the people who helped decorate the Angel for my birthday and thank you for all the lovely birthday cards and presents I recieved.

bollox ive just spent the last 15mins doin a big up to everyone n pc crashed.... all im gonna say is well done to everyone on sat.... the 2 best sets for me was FAST FREDDY m8 u took me to where i wanted to b (,") u always know what to play and wen.... and not forgettin INSANE & MIND guys that set was erh. . . . . well i cant really xplain but at the end of it i was totally broken (in a good way) so for that freddy,insane n mind u get A+++++++++++ and lets not forget the ppl that run high voltage MARIA N PAUL u to have got to b the best... i love that fact that u join in wiv all the ravers, like u say its for ravers by ravers well done n keep up the good wrk roll on the nxt one oh yeah im sure there's summut goin on that nyte lol....
to the rest of the dj's well done guys ya all done well. .

only kiddin man, to b honest i love it hard but the only thing that can keep me on the floor to the very end is Happy Hardcore, its my first love :-)
