Djs & support needed for new weekly competition night!

Hey DSI, I know how hard it is to something new so Id love your support on this. Im looking for Djs for this tuesday, and every after. Dj or not make sure you come on down to the chapel bar at 9 o clock on the 17th as this tuesday is our first night!

Every Tuesday from 9 o clock onwards at the Chapel Bar the soundtrack to the night is entirely in your hands. That’s right! Our promotion is launching London’s only weekly held dj competition booking fresh DJs every week!

Let us redefine what it is to have a party and formally welcome you to our new concept.
Every Tuesday night four DJs will battle it out and the winning DJ will grace the decks for an exclusive one hour set the very same night!

Each week I will book four worthy DJs onto the competition. Each of you will have a half hour to prove your worth as a DJ. The Chapel Bar is a full scale DJ bar nicely located in the centre of London. Equipped with a 5500W TurboSound system, 1500W of Bass Bins, 2 1210s, 2 CDJ800s and a full on dance floor it really is in your control!

But that’s not all. If you happen to have a good ear for music I might ask you to join our own roster of djs.

For this competition we are looking to book four DJs a week. Each of you will spin a half hour set and the winner will play on for a further one hour! Although you will not be paid this is perfect if you are looking to boost that CV of for some exposure. Best of all, if you are good I will consider you for our roster!

Although experience playing out is not a criterion for selection entrants must know how to mix. Tuesday the 17th is our launch night so if you are interested in taking part in this competition drop me an email with a LINK to a demo + TRACKLIST at floorcontrol@googlemail.com. If you are good I will contact you shortly with further details. I will be making bookings for weeks in advance so do send me that email if you want to avoid that wait!

If you aren’t a DJ then you can be the judge! This promises to be an interactive night out willed with drinks, a dance floor and some quality music. What more could you want on a Tuesday night!

Musical styles are flexible and span across the electronic spectrum. Expect to be entertained by some quality House, Electro, Progressive, Breaks & Trance.
