PENDULUM & MC VERSE AKA PLANET PENDULUM will be playing a very special one off extended set delving through everything pendulun & drum and bass

after selling 6 figures worth of albums pendulum are now very much hot properties and deserved there own special night

*cough* and its got nothign to do with the fact they cost far too much for a usual bounce night nowadays *cough*

but we had to brign them to our public, anyway so here they are, at Ignite 15/11/06 @ IGNITE!

well we been booking pendulum now for years and i have a very good relationship with their agents so i cant imagine getting any cancellations here!!

i think they ahve helped bring the DnB scene back into the public eye, however im not sure all Dnb headz would say that a good thing!

personally their music aint my favourite DnB, i more like funky soulful stuff...but i cant deny there impact!

well yeah their stuff is more mainstream, some tunes even poppy (by underground dnb standards) they even got into the uk pop charts with slam/voodoo people remix didnt they!

I can completely agree with you there mate, seen em a few times now an well enjoyed their sets but aint that fussed anymore. Want something with a bit more soul behind it.

Likewise. It's the novelty thing that keeps them goin these days, people love them when they first discover them, then get a little bit bored. Meh. It happens.

still be plenty of good DnB played during the night tho ;)
