YourSpace- looking for new D.Js in London

YourSpace is a weekly event which has just moved venue to Home Bar in Shoreditch and will now be running every Thursday, giving new and talented DJs and performers a live platform in which to showcase their talents.

Using MySpace and Facebook as well as music related websites, we actively search for DJ’s, producers, MC’s and electronic performers who have something new and exciting to offer.

The format for the night is quite simple. Using MySpace we are able to communicate with and screen our potential performers and then book them for a one hour set. We book between 5 and 7 performers each night from 8pm through to 2am. Performers who impress us the most are invited back to play a paid weekend gig the following month.

The YourSpace music policy embraces performers who strive to be original regardless of their genre and is backed up by an eclectic booking policy, whereby a number of varying styles can be seen on the same night.

YourSpace has been running for a year and a half and so far we have booked over two hundred performers, some of which have gone on to play at a number of the capitals leading venues, including Turnmills, Ministry Of Sound and Egg.
