could u not use a proxy 2 get around the block?...thats wot i had 2 do in college wen they blocked it, but they unblocked it a few days later :-)...

If work block DSI because of high traffic, and then suddenly find the same person creating equally high traffic via a proxy, I think it's time to expect a P45 from your employer!
