The second installment of Mecca’s new club night Musica, which presents sounds you won’t hear anywhere else, is planned for Saturday 19th of April. This time round the main stage will focus on a more progressive / trance note, but fans of other styles will also be attended to.

Once again we have invited a foreign guest, who will perform in Prague for the very first time. The headliner of Musica part two will be young Swedish DJ and producer Marcus Schossow. Yet another promising talent of the Scandinavian dance scene has made his name heard across the globe, mainly due to the success of his single Mr.White with its cheeky female vocal, but also thanks to his humorous radio show “Tone Diary” and his Deadmau5 parody project named Deadrat6. But that’s not all we have cooked up for you.

Next in line is lovely DJane Nifra from Slovakia, who has also achieved quite a lot. Notably her debut track Ready was released on one of the world’s best trance labels, Armada music - Coldharbour recordings. Despite the fact that she is still just at the beginning of her career, she has already traveled around most of Europe to perform at gigs and she also hosts her own radio show.

Joining these two exciting guests will be Musica resident Bon Finix, who according to Xmag magazine was one of the artists that influenced the Czech dance scene the most in the year 2007. As always a young up’n’coming talent will get a chance to perform at Musica. Filling in the role will be Moravian DJ Jet Fever.

And of course we haven’t forgotten about putting together a second stage. The downstairs lounge will be bouncing to an electro and house rhythm with DJs ScarCoke and Martin Frank serving up the very best of these styles.

This edition of Musica will serve as a warm-up party for a new series of mega-parties called Electronic Connection, the first of which will take place on the 2nd of May in the T-Mobile Arena and will showcase a handful of world renowned DJs. Expect another tremendous night out in Mecca!
