Hello Folks

My friends and I were out going to Wolverhampton Oceana (1st time). Now one of my friends is also my brother who we adopted when he was a little un (arrrr), now he is of Indian decent but brought up by us within a white family orientation (arr bless).
Now he is the most honest and trustworthy fella you could meet(honest!), but at Oceana there was an incident which even thier managemtn reconise reference thier cctv of my bruv not being served, in fact being totally ingored and he was the ONLY coloured skinned person at ther bar during this time. We had to go over as we can see what was happening to get served almost right away, yeah after 30-35mins at the bar we had to step in and even ask the woman why she kept ignoring my bruv for, guess what no answer. It was clear to us and everyone else she had discriminated him, yet Oceana fobbed us off and said she must have served other during that night when my brother was not at the bar, so why ignore him for? They still fail to answer but to say 'we dont know'.
Now..............here it comes....Lumiar Leisure who own Oceana(Stephen Thomas), after consistant ingoring our letters of complaint/emails we escalted time and time again until today the chief exec' called my brother who called him "..WELL YOUR BLACK ARNT YOU!"...."NOW LISTEN YOU, I AM OLDER AND RUN 250 BUSINESS WITH ALOT OF EXPEREIENCE COMPARED TO YOU".... all said in an aggressive manner!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice one mate, small world out there. He continued to belittle my brother, even telling him that he was not racist becuase his own wife is black (true or untrue we do not know, uummmm).

Their clearly taking the mickey and by what we have found out already today, it is clear these people are racist!! We shall be taking this further with the police,licensing act people,court summons.

Nice one Oceana and Luminar Lessure, how many people are NOT aware of how you are!!?

If you are of mixed race or even coloured by where ever in this planet we all share, be carefull of things at Oceana ethos and deffo LUMINAR.co.uk and senior staff who are VERY rude,arrogant,RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wake up luminar we wont rest on this and have you taped on conversation, PLUS you have the evidence as ackowledged ref CCTV! Not good for you guys
