FORMULA @ LOVE Hamburg, well where do I start??? After catching up on some well deserved sleep during the day, Stu and I arrived at the club at 10pm ready for action. We were greeted by Jason, Thomas and Sisqo who made us feel at home by keeping us watered for the duration of the evening. A local guy called Robbie warmed up til midnight and then Stu and I took over.

The club itself reminded me of a mini Pacha London. Imagine the decks in the same position but upstairs on the balcony looking down on the dance floor, and the dance floor only being half as deep going back, with a balcony round the top. The sound and lighting were up to scratch so all was set for a good night. Although the club wasnt bursting at the seams, EVERY person in there was giving it their all, creating an atmosphere second to none.

We started off with the more funky sounds progressing to more underground/electro as the evening wore on. Electro is basically what they call dirty and they love it out there. We were supposed to stop playing at 5am.... but we played on til 10am!! That gives you an idea of the strength of the crowd/atmosphere/club/music.

The staff at LOVE helped keep every one on their toes all night - girls dancing on the bar pouring shots into the punters mouths all free of charge – funny how the simple little extras make all the difference…

Was nice to see a number of UK people that had come over for a change of scenery, namely Ian and his gang who didnt leave the dance floor for the whole 12 hours we were in there. Hope to see you all at PACHA London on the 4th Feb.

Lastly would like to say thank you to Jason and the team at LOVE for their hospitality (and local knowledge), a fantastic night all round. Hope to come out and visit again soon,

Well said Andy not really much more i can add to that apart from thanking again all the staff and UK nutters that came over and helped keep the whole thing going all night. I reckon the final score was that we played from Midnight on Sat through to 10am Sunday morning. God my ears are still ringing now !!!
