So Mr. Bowman, what do you think? More clouds ! It's not the best Photoshop work I've ever done but I it works and I have to admit you were right. It DOES give the picture more depth...

I think it is much better! The flat sky was too - simple. Not atmospheric enough.

Mind me making a point (noting your efforts): you got the cloud reflection in the lake in front of the monument. I think it should be the other way around: the clouds behind the monument wouldn't leave a reflection. So the reflection of the monument should be also framed by the coulds in the water. Sorry: being picky!

But it's a bit washed-out to work with in the first place. Shame on the weather... Well, possibly next year, another photo-shoot? I'll take a better camera... (Canon A1 & tripod.)

The reflection was a real problem. I tried to took other parts of my "cloud picture" but it always seemed wrong. The horizontal flip of the sky just looked best but I know it's not logic.

Let's try next year again. I bring the pistol with me - so we can make this duell photo shooting ^_^ (wow, a canon A1, nice !)
