Have to confess, left myself a bit open for a rinsing with that one didn't I... U can get cheapo ones in metal bottles from Boots.. So my missus tells me... honest..

And I'm Welsh so the full Celtic set will be there.... An even rowdier element in that case... Should have said British really...

Anyone else bouncing around their living room in anticipation...??? I'm like a fucking 8 year old at the mo.. Are we there yet??????

Errrr. Omigod.com

How incredible was that weekend...?? Cocoon must be the best club on the face of the planet, I thought Fabric had a soundsystem until I heard their one.. Sven, I take my hat off to you..

And Timewarp.... The promoters of every UK dance festival should be rounded up at gunpoint and taken their with orders to recreate everything they see... And only charge 25 quid for the pleasure.. And stay open til mid afternoon.. And let everyone on all the stages for a laugh at 10am.. And let Richie Hawtin play what the fuck he likes until people want to stay.. Or die trying.. And have 5 arenas with absolutely no shit djs at all.. (Apart from Felix da Housecat who played the same records as 2 years ago.. swift exit to Martin Buttrich who was boss)

Ellen Allien was to die for, Magda even better, Loco Dice absolutely rocked like his life depended on it, Richie Hawtin sublime and one of the best multi-national friendly ass bunch of 20000 people I have ever had the privilege to share a dancefloor with..

5 April 2008, if u dont go then ur a fool... 150 quid for Glasto.. My arse..

Ein riesen danke an alle die da waren, ihr seid Helden...

Much love

It was fucking amazing! Villalobos, Magda, Hawtin, Liebing were the stand out sets for me. I didn't make it over to James Holden, unfortunately. Sets in room 5 - I was too beboogled to walk that far!

LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT!!!!!! The Germans sure know how to put on a good party. Chris Liebing didn't dissapoint, Magda was banging and thats one of the best sets I've heard Hawtin play. Also heard that Vath and Hawtin played at the after party to a few hundred hardcore nutters unfortunately I wasn't one of them!!!

Where was the afterparty?

Yeh we ended up getting on that tram but a bit further up. I looked for you when we got off but there was too many people. Heard the afterparty was behind the chill out room and the room next to it. Did you stay till the end of hawtin's set?

I certainly did!

Battered and bruised, but still going strong .... Hawtin didn't give me any choice in the matter - every time I went to sit down, I had to get back up and dance!

what time did you leave kelv ?...we managed to push ourselves til 1:15pm whilst in the room with James Holden, i was well gutted to leave during his set as i can tell he was really building up to something special and the atomsphere was still wicked in there, our bodies just couldn't take anymore punishment after being at Cocoon the day previous as well.

I was there right until the end, then fell asleep by the tram/train stop, soaking up the sun's rays. Absolutely lovely to walk out to a nice warm day! I woke up and there weren't many people there! I missed James's set, as I really wanted to see it, but Hawtin wouldn't allow me to leave.

Yeah walking out of there in the sun was the bollox actually ,espcially as it had been so cold and damp in the night.

It kind of felt wrong but at the same time so right... We decided against bed on seeing the sun and went and polished off the remainder of our supplies in the park before going to the airport...

Most agreeable it was too ;-)

kudos to everyone of you mofo's in the group of 100-odd that raised the atmosphere around us to fully justify the tunes that were spanking the venue's soundsystem to the limit. Without u lot it would have only been amazing, as it was it was indescribly immense!
