Hey all - hope everyone's well??

I recently finished my first ever track "Last Man Standing" and would like to get some general feedback off people.

I've gone for a more mainstream electro sound but have still tried to keep a dirty edge to it.

Anyway, there's a low quality edit of it on my myspace page HERE so if anyone has time to listen and let me know their thoughts that would be great :O)

I like the track, i like the fact that you have kept it simple and not tried to produce the next benny benassi satisfaction. Its a rolling track that will keep the dance floor moving. I would have liked to have heard a bit more of a build up during the break and maybe some more hithat /ride percussion within the track. But all in all a well rounded track. Well done.

Am actually working on a track with Si Blann at the moment that has an awesome, teasing, slow build up in the break down and so wanted to avoid doing the same thing on my own track.
But wanted to keep it as simple as possible really :O)

Hi Alex, just had a quick blast of your tune on my naff work pc (pants speakers) sounds good, like the end segment. Would need to bit a little bit harder to get me totally wigging out on the dance floor and would like to hear some kind of a filtered vocal maybe? That said nice production, enjoyed it, you obviously have a lot of potential - keep us posted.

Alex, love the track! Do you have a hi-res copy of it to judge the mastering of it?

Anyway, I like it - would be interesting to hear it dirtied up more toward the end (it's all about dirt and the dirty bass face :-))
